Radar signature modeling for targets and environments is a cornerstone of Signature Solutions' expertise. We specialize in high fidelity radar target and clutter modeling using both measured and predictive signature data. Radar model products are developed using a variety of signal processing techniques that are customized for the task at hand and optimized for the end-use simulation.
Signature Solutions continually pushes the envelope on radar target model algorithm development. We research and apply new scatter extraction and signal processing algorithms to improve model fidelity, resolution, and development speed. We work closely with our customers and address emerging threats and future requirements to constantly improve simulation use, capability, run time, and fidelity.
Signature Solutions' analyst and engineers have extensive experience with multiple DoD test ranges. We support all phases of RCS testing from requirements definition, test planning, test article shipping, test execution, on-site real-time data analysis, and post test reporting. Signature Solutions involvement in range test programs ensures our customers program test objectives are met on schedule and under cost.
Our radar signature analysts have extensive experience in supporting target verification, validation, and accreditation activities and requirements. Signature Solutions has authored over twenty formal validation and accreditation reports for multiple hardware surrogates, threat target representations, and virtual target models in support of weapon system developmental and operational testing and milestone decisions. We know the process and provide our customers with the technical skills and backgrounds to support their verification, validation, and accreditation requirements.
Signature Solutions has pioneered techniques and processes for radar signature design and signature management of hardware surrogates. Our services also include predictive and measurement analysis of target signatures to support RCS reduction or augmentation activities.
