Signature Solutions and Matrix Compression Technologies LLC partner to deliver a practical and efficient MoM code, RkMoM. It invokes Adaptive Cross Approximation, or ACA, to compress the problem size by about 90%. Another critical feature of RkMoM is the ability to use out-of-core solutions, which means problem size is limited by storage space instead of memory.  Consequently, large problems can be solved on a single node of a Linux HPC, or a Windows workstation.

RkMoM supports common excitation types of monostatic and bistatic in the far field (plane wave) as well as near field monostatic (dipole) excitations. RkMoM currently supports PEC surfaces. Development is ongoing to allow for solving dielectric materials using surface integral equations.

RkMoM comes bundled with three tools to support RF modeling and analysis workflow: An easy-to-use GUI to set up runs, a mesh analysis tool packed with helpful features, and a visualization tool to help understand the EM response of the target.
